Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Proclinical is currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a pharmaceutical company located in Cambridge, MA. Successful candidate will play a key component in supporting the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting initiatives and HR functions. They will provide support for sourcing, onboarding and general administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is involved in HR and is looking to move forward in his or her career.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate phone screens and in-person interviews with the HR team as well as individual hiring managers.
• Monitor candidates during onsite interviews maintaining a strong level of professionalism.
• Post positions to all job boards and online platforms.
• Handle all onboarding paperwork including background checks and non-disclosure agreements.
• Manage the background check initiation process and track status of all screenings.
• Support the Talent Acquisition/HR team in all administrative functions.
• Manage all applicant tracking in an Application Tracking System.

Skills and Requirements:

• BA/BS required.
• 1+ years of experience in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with an Application Tracking System and the background check process is preferred.
• Previous experience working directly with clients; agency experience is desired.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
