Talent Acquisition Specialist - Contract - Plainsboro, NJ
Proclinical is actively seeking a Talent Acquisitions Specialist for a leading pharmaceutical company. This is a contract role located in Plainsboro, NJ.
Primary Responsibilities:
The primary focus will be to provide comprehensive recruitment for the North America Organization, manage requisitions, and maintain client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing a variety of recruiting resources and strategies to meet the organization's talent needs.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience and at least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience.
- Ability to build a network across industries to identify future talent.
- Data management and metrics (e.g., trend analysis) experience.
- Demonstrated ability to constructively challenge manager assumptions and directly confront issues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. Superb communication skills.
- Experience forecasting headcount needs/workforce planning.
- Experience in advanced internet recruitment/sourcing.
- Good working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal/state legislation.
- Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Commercial Recruiting experience is a plus.
- Experience in managing requisitions within SuccessFactors ATS (or similar).
The Talent Acquisitions Specialist will:
- Focus on Non-Commercial/R&D business recruitment (or as assigned).
- Attract top talent and develop a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.
- Pre-screen candidates, partner with team members to develop sourcing strategies, and provide talent for open positions.
- Manage open job requisitions, update and manage Success Factors ATS, achieve recruiting metrics, and report key accomplishments.
- Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws and company policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics.
- Establish a true business partnership with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing related activities and issues.
