Proclinical is seeking a System Administrator for our client who will manage and maintain various operating systems and devices, provide advanced technical support, and resolve complex issues. They will collaborate with a team, including senior staff, and participate in on-call service. Key requirements include support experience, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, experience with Baramundi, Intune, and VPN technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Windows operating systems, iPads, iPhones, and Linux servers.
- Provide advanced technical support and resolve complex issues.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals, including direct guidance from senior staff.
- Participate in on-call service.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of support experience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Experience with Baramundi, Intune, and VPN technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in both German (C1) and English (C1)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, chaotic, and lively environment.
