Proclinical is seeking a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager / Customer Operations Manager for a contract role based in Switzerland. This position focuses on ensuring high-quality service delivery to support commercial operations and product supply across 80 export countries. The role involves managing export business documentation, maintaining compliance with internal and external standards, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze pricing and condition data to support commercial decisions.
- Implement, maintain, and monitor price and condition master data in line with compliance requirements.
- Train team members on relevant systems to ensure proper usage.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing distribution agreements and other legal documents.
- Independently manage all export business documentation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of commercial offers, tenders, quotations, and other customer-facing documents.
- Provide pro-forma invoices and price certificates to facilitate commercial transactions and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process simplifications and re-design initiatives to improve compliance, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages, such as French, is advantageous.
- Experience in export business within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in small and mid-size emerging markets.
- Proficiency in SAP (SD, FI), MS Office, and pricing applications, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-functional assignments and prioritize effectively.
- Recognized for high standards in ethics, integrity, and collaboration.
- Project management experience and familiarity with working in multinational, matrix organizations.
