Proclinical is seeking a Supply Chain Customer Service Expert to ensure medicines are delivered safely and efficiently to healthcare professionals and patients while adhering to regulatory requirements. You will manage customer accounts, validate eligibility, maintain accurate master data in SAP, and support Direct-to-Pharmacy and Direct Account supply chains. This position requires flexibility, strong prioritization skills, and a commitment to excellent service. Some travel may be required for office or training purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain customer accounts, including validating requests and updating records in SAP.
- Resolve internal and external queries related to customer master data promptly and compliantly.
- Perform scheduled revalidations of customer accounts and ensure compliance with SOP timelines.
- Validate licenses and authorizations to ensure products are supplied to appropriately registered premises.
- Conduct monthly audits and ensure adherence to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) regulations.
- Monitor data flow between systems, identify and escalate system errors, and resolve interface issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned processes and suggest improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency.
- Manage team inbox and maintain accurate filing systems for customer account documentation.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve processes and support innovation.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills, particularly in handling challenging queries by phone.
- Proficiency in IT tools, including MS Office; SAP experience is advantageous.
- High accuracy and attention to detail under pressure.
- Confident decision-making abilities and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Secondary education (GCSE or equivalent), including math and English.
