Proclinical is seeking a Plasma Scanning Operator to support essential operations within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment. This role involves handling plasma packages, operating equipment, and ensuring accurate processing of materials. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and perform repetitive manual tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Remove pallets of plasma as requested via a system.
- Operate a walkie stacker to move packages safely.
- Transfer items from conveyor belts and place them onto pallets.
- Unpack pallet contents onto a table for scanning.
- Scan each unit, place it into crates, and transfer crates onto conveyors.
- Palletize processed items and return them to the freezer.
- Complete forms for rejected units or items with issues.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail to avoid errors and ensure smooth operations.
- Ability to perform repetitive and manual tasks, including lifting up to 12kg.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to completing assignments.
- Willingness to stay in the role for the duration of the assignment due to extensive training requirements.
