Speaker Bureau and Event Operations - Contract - Cambridge, MA

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated professional to manage the execution of speaker bureau operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be involved in overseeing the speaker bureau repository, dashboard, and portal, while collaborating with marketing teams to implement programs effectively. You will also be responsible for delivering quarterly and end-of-year program reports to various stakeholders.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience in managing compliance and auditing processes.
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and field teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering accurate reports.

The Speaker Bureau and Event Operations' responsibilities will be:

Oversee end-to-end speaker bureau operations.
Collaborate with marketing teams on program execution.
Deliver quarterly and annual program reports.
Act as the main contact for speaker bureau inquiries.
Resolve service issues with vendors.
Partner with Compliance to manage HCP contract agreements.
Ensure compliance checks and balances are in place.
Hold agency partners and internal stakeholders accountable for program execution.
