Service Techniker (German Speaker)

Proclinical are recruiting for a Service Techniker (German Speaker) for a medical technology and devices organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Partake in the optimisation of service procedures and set up of accents in modern service business.
• You will record service data within the company's CRM system.
• Assist colleagues outside of the regular area of operation.
• The ideal candidate will strengthen the team of technicians while guaranteeing loyal and satisfied customers.
• Inspect, uphold and repair accomplished C-arm portfolio and novel additional solutions, for example: 3D and navigation.
• Any other assigned duties.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Accomplished electrical engineering training with suitable further training or equivalent qualification.
• Capable of serving as a representative.
• Various years of experience within field service, preferably within the field of medical technology/X-ray technology.
• Expertise on SAP, CRM, and Linux would be beneficial.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Comprehension of service documentation.
• Reside within the area preferably.
