Senior Product Manager - Biosimilars

Proclinical is seeking a Senior Product Manager to be based in Germany on a permanent basis. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the successful launch of the biosimilar portfolio in Germany, taking responsibility for several critical workstreams and projects.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Business Unit Head Biosimilars in Germany, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for leading key initiatives to drive the launch of biosimilars portfolio in Germany. He/she will play an integral role in the German business and be responsible for supporting marketing strategies and tactics to support all German affiliates. The individual must inspire direct sales forces and work well across Germany.

Skills and Requirements:

• 2-5 years of marketing experience for the Product manager role and 5-7 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience for the Senior role is mandatory
• Pharmaceutical and/or Bio-tech marketing experience within Europe or at a European regional level strongly preferred
• Affiliate level marketing experience industry highly desired
  Clear understanding of the various market access and payer environments in Germany
• Experience working in international environments (ideally with U.S. based colleagues)
• Strategic and tactical thinking
• Experience leading/supporting 1 or more product launches
• Experience with biosimilars (either launch or defense strategy)
• Experience/deep knowledge of biologics - especially in the areas of Immunology or Oncology
• Fluency in English and German required; other European language a plus
• MBA or advanced degree (MS, MD, PhD) preferred
