Senior Manufacturing Specialist / Process Expert

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Senior Manufacturing Specialist / Process Expert to provide technical and scientific support on the manufacturing floor. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely completion of manufacturing activities, including compliance, troubleshooting, and campaign preparation. This position also involves coaching team members and managing projects that enhance process and productivity.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and scientific support to the manufacturing team.
• Ensure timely completion of manufacturing activities such as compliance and troubleshooting.
• Coach team members in areas of expertise and related processes.
• Oversee and manage projects related to process and productivity improvements.
• Manage recipe-driven operations, process equipment, and deviation management.
• Handle changeovers, tech transfers, and continuous improvement projects.
• Lead operational initiatives with minimal supervision.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and technical processes.
• Understanding of scientific principles and analytical skills for troubleshooting.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects.
• Ability to lead and direct operational initiatives independently.
