Senior Manager, Commercial Data Analytics

Proclinical is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Data Analytics for a top biotech company located in Princeton, NJ. This position will be a thought leader that guides others and acts using data-driven decision making.

Must be eligible to work or be a citizen in the US.

Job Responsibility:

• Consult at all levels of the analytics lifecycle, which can include data acquisition, KPI creation, predictive analytics, NLP and machine learning
• Have a strong business acumen with excellent communication skills and the ability express a point view using written and verbal communications
• Collaborate with technology partners to deliver advanced analytics solutions to business stakeholders and our customers
• Have techniques that include next best action approaches, key driver analysis, regression, survival analysis, forecasting, topic modeling, customer segmentation
• Analyze and measure channel and message effectiveness using appropriate data science and statistical techniques
• Conduct analyses related to digital and multichannel marketing execution and customer engagement
• Use data-driven responses and provide actionable insights requiring the use of advanced data manipulation and visualization techniques in response to business questions

Skills and Requirements:

• MS or PhD degree in a quantitative field with a background in data science and marketing analytics
• 6 or more years of experience in a data science function
• 2 or more years using cloud native services, such as AWS
• Understanding of real-world datasets, such as claims, ehr, labs
• Strong skills in SQL, R and Python
• Dashboarding experience with tools like rShiny, Tableau, and PowerBi
• Experience with customer journey analysis - segmentation methods and conversion analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders and work in a cross-functional team environment as well as experience in managing outside consultants
