Job Responsibilities

Support the VP, R&D Quality with facilitating key global cross-functional processes, with resolving urgent business issues across functions, and coordinating special projects
Manage, execute and provide professional project management and high-quality execution of complex and strategic activities
Propose innovative, timely and cost-effective solutions; provide the necessary elements for decision making
Coordinate continuous quality process improvement, and operational excellence efforts and initiatives
Create quality roadmap for quality in R&D
Coordinate R&D Quality Roadmap
Represent on R&D Quality in R&D committees and oversees R&D Quality interface management- and representation in committees.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum must have a Bachelors in Life science or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years in pharmaceuticals/Biopharmaceuticals, 7 years working in R&D and Quality
Take personal responsibility and acting with courage and optimism when facing challenges.
