Proclinical are recruiting for a Senior Director - Manufacturing to join a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and can be located in either Denmark, Germany or Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

Guide, train, and foster a high-performing manufacturing team.
Lead all manufacturing actions, optimising procedures and quality control.
Guarantee adherence to industry guidelines and quality standards.
Arrange with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain divisions for seamless integration.
Execute advanced technologies and manufacturing novelties.
Form KPIs and drive constant improvement initiatives.
You will develop and implement manufacturing methods in line with company objectives.
Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in an engineering, life science or similar discipline, though an advanced degree would be ideal.
Demonstrable experience within life sciences manufacturing and in a management role.
Knowledge in regulatory needs such as FDA, GMP, as well as quality systems.
Leadership abilities.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Able to make tactical plans.
