Senior Director - Manufacturing

Proclinical are recruiting for a Senior Director - Manufacturing to join a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and can be located in either Denmark, Germany or Switzerland.

Responsibilities:

• Guide, train, and foster a high-performing manufacturing team.
• Lead all manufacturing actions, optimising procedures and quality control.
• Guarantee adherence to industry guidelines and quality standards.
• Arrange with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain divisions for seamless integration.
• Execute advanced technologies and manufacturing novelties.
• Form KPIs and drive constant improvement initiatives.
• You will develop and implement manufacturing methods in line with company objectives.
• Other duties may be assigned to this role.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in an engineering, life science or similar discipline, though an advanced degree would be ideal.
• Demonstrable experience within life sciences manufacturing and in a management role.
• Knowledge in regulatory needs such as FDA, GMP, as well as quality systems.
• Leadership abilities.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Able to make tactical plans.
