Senior Digital Operations Specialist Manager

Proclinical are recruiting a Senior Digital Operations Specialist / Content Designer / Digital Producer for a world leading clinical research organisation. This role is on a permanent basis working remotely from home. Our client is focused on providing a more effective and efficient healthcare system.

Responsibilities:

• Guarantee efficacious launch of new patient recruitment and retention programs by effectively.
• Instigate and examine content, website configurations, and data integrations within digital products and integrated platforms.
• Co-operate and converse with the cross-functional stakeholders on projects to certify successful completion of projects including: PRLs, Clinical Leads, Digital Product Managers, Digital Producers, Digital Marketing, Analytics, and IT teams.
• Handle mandatory integrations with IT and third-party vendors.
• Direct content management systems and website configurations for assigned projects.
• Operate ongoing content and data updates for digital products and platforms.
• Support with work plans, schedules and estimates.
• Assist senior digital staff as needed to maintain digital assets.
• Triage product issues that arise post go-live with IT and other key stakeholders.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Track and provide data for project updates. Escalate risks/issues as appropriate.
• Preserve the value of digital deliverables - Recognise quality issues, offer solutions to acknowledged issues, coordinate corrective action plans and manage them to resolution. Escalate risks/issues as suitable.

• An interest in or experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar agency environment.
• Obtained a Bachelor's degree, as well as at least 3-5 years of CMS configuration and routine content management experience within a digital or technology production environment, digital marketing, digital communications, or similar or related businesses.
• Strong knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) Quality Standards. ICH (International Council for Harmonisation) Technical Requirements.
• Solid experience working with global, cross-functional, matrixed teams.
• Previous experience operating in the clinical trial industry or associated healthcare domains highly invested in drug discovery and development, such as: Clinical Trials Management, Clinical Research Organisations.
• Exhibited the skill to perform detailed, quality delivery on a consistent basis, in a fast paced, evolving environment.
• Knowledge with marketing automation systems, content management systems, and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency with setting/configuring projects in SiteCore Content Management System (CMS) or similar CMS systems, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud; survey tools such as (Qualtrics, SurveyGizmo, etc.).
• Understanding of website configurations.
• Operational knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is required for the role.
