A leading global contract research organisation is seeking to recruit a Senior/CRA to their office in Poland. The company provides comprehensive, integrated drug development, laboratory, and lifecycle management services, working with partners across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, academic, and government organizations. Job Responsibilities:

  • Determining protocol and regulatory compliance on the sites.
  • Performing and coordinating all aspects of the clinical monitoring process from "start up" to "close out".
  • Thriving in multi-national project teams and focusing on delivering exemplary levels of customer service.
  • Conducting monitoring activities independently.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Degree in pharmacy, life science or related field.
  • Ideally 2 or more years of monitoring experience in interventional studies with a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotech company.
  • Demonstrated clinical trial monitoring skills.
  • In-depth understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines.
  • Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
  • Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
