A leading global contract research organisation is seeking to recruit a Senior/CRA to their office in Poland. Job Responsibilities:
- Determining protocol and regulatory compliance on the sites.
- Performing and coordinating all aspects of the clinical monitoring process from "start up" to "close out".
- Thriving in multi-national project teams and focusing on delivering exemplary levels of customer service.
- Conducting monitoring activities independently.
Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in pharmacy, life science or related field.
- Ideally 2 or more years of monitoring experience in interventional studies with a CRO, pharmaceutical or biotech company.
- Demonstrated clinical trial monitoring skills.
- In-depth understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines.
- Demonstrable multitasking, project management, and execution skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, persuasion, and influence.
- Good organisational skills, including efficiency, punctuality, and collaboration in a team environment.
- Proficiency with computer skills, such as MS Office.
