Senior CAD Leader

Proclinical is seeking a Senior CAD Leader to join our client's team in Bern. This role focuses on managing CAD operations and ensuring the efficient distribution of work within the team. You will be responsible for overseeing technical data management and supporting various engineering projects.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and distribute work within the CAD team.
• Edit and manage CAD data, including P&IDs, floor plans, and electrical installation plans.
• Develop and implement adjustments to CAD systems.
• Manage data cloud systems, specifically Meridian.
• Provide project and audit support.
• Handle 3D scan data management.
• Implement and maintain SAP master data.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and maintain technical documentation.
• Support the Engineering and Maintenance department with CAD drawings.
• Administer Engineering-SharePoint and act as TrūVault-Author.
• Coordinate maintenance of the archive records.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Planr 3D, and Revit.
• Experience in GMP environments.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Effective resource management abilities.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
