Proclinical is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to be a key member of the German Commercial team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the products and more indications to come.
The Senior Brand Manager will report to the Marketing Lead of Germany and work in close partnership with the Commercial, Market Access, Medical and Development colleagues.
The collaboration with these teams will ensure seamless marketing execution is in line with business strategy and goals in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales and Commercial Operations to successfully implement and manage all Go-To-Market activities.
- Conduct deep market analysis in all customers and accounts.
- Demonstrate strong marketing functional competence as well as strong analytical capabilities and sound, broader strategic business judgment.
- Together with the commercial team drive product strategy and sales.
- Ensure excellent communication with the commercial team.
- Ensure all strategies and tactics are in compliance with all internal/external regulations and standards.
- Involve and interact with healthcare professionals to organize and implement activities and local projects.
- Develop and implement annual brand plans through cross-functional collaboration and aligned with customer and market insights, identifying opportunities for business growth and competitive advantage.
- Monitor and analyse sales reports together with customer insights/needs to provide appropriate recommendations to the organization based on information collected.
- Build effective and productive internal relationships.

Key Skills and Requirements:
- Completed studies in marketing, business administration or a similar field.
- Experience in field sales is an advantage.
- Proven professional experience as a Brand Manager.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
- Solid experience in online/digital communications and social media.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
- Agile mindset and flexibility, coupled with an independent working style, strong communication skills and a high degree of team-orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a positive attitude and an 'hands-on' mentality to work.
