Proclinical is seeking a Scientific Product Marketing Manager to join a dynamic and innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely within Germany or optionally from Stuttgart or Frankfurt. You will play a pivotal role in bridging science, product marketing, and sales by translating complex scientific and technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing messages. Your Mission
As a Scientific Product Marketing Manager you will bridge science, product, marketing and sales.
Your role is to translate complex scientific and technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing messages and drive engagement across the biopharma community.
You'll play a key part in shaping how customers understand and adopt next-generation digital twin technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Launch & Marketing Enablement
- Develop scientific product launch materials: presentations, brochures, videos, website content.
- Craft a strong, cohesive scientific narrative that highlights the product's value and differentiation.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all marketing assets.
- Content Creation & Thought Leadership
- Produce white papers, blog posts, slide decks, and technical materials.
- Collaborate with internal experts to publish credible, high-quality scientific content
- Position the company as a thought leader in Digital Twins for Bioprocessing.
- Market & Competitor Insights
- Analyze market trends, customer segments, and competitive positioning.
- Identify key conferences, journals, and online communities for brand visibility.
- Training & Sales Support
- Train internal teams on product positioning, scientific foundations, and key messages.
- Support sales with tailored technical content and presentations.
- Community & KOL EngagementBuild relationships with academic and industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Support collaborations that generate scientific validation and application data.
Your Profile
- Master's or PhD in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Systems Biology, or a related life sciences field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in scientific or product marketing within the biotech or life sciences industry.
- Proven ability to communicate complex scientific topics clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience launching or marketing software / SaaS products is a strong plus.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
