SAP Training Lead

Proclinical are recruiting for an SAP Training Lead to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Boudry.

Responsibilities:

• Guide the BDY and ExM training plan for all functional areas such as business and IT teams.
• Arrange training resources with the functional leads and pertinent shareholders.
• Form and track the training schedule with program manager, site project manager and suitable shareholders.
• Outline, document and present training method in cooperation with project shareholders.
• Recognise dependencies, evaluate risks/concerns and discuss status to project manager and suitable levels of management and shareholders across the project.
• Assist the international program manager and site project manager to plan, track and deliver the targeted goals of the training actions.
• Offer international status reporting on behalf of workstream leads, and IT.
• Interact and energise the team members to form and implement the training plan as per targeted timelines.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level in a computer science/information technology field.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP project development within a Pharma, ERP systems execution 0 ideally SAP and GxP systems execution from necessities to deliver final product and documentation involved.
• Familiarity working within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life science organisation etc.
• Acquaintance with ERP systems execution, ideally SAP.
• Acquaintance with executing other standalone and interconnected computerised systems assisting with production actions.
• Competent with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV); company strategies and deliverables will apply.
• Conscious of 21-CFR Part 11, Eudralex and any other Regulatory compliance needs.
• Past involvement with change management procedure and tools and regulated document writing.
• Former involvement in driving project management.
• Able to handle waterfall, agile and hybrid projects.
• An agile, flexible, independent individual in analysing and resolve issues.
• A service focused attitude with business insight.
• Works well with others.
• Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Able to constructively influence others.
• A PMP certification or similar.
• Business analysis acquaintance.
• Expertise in ServiceNow PM module.
