SAP SD Application Manager

Proclinical is on the lookout for a SAP SD Application Manager for a role based in Aargau, Switzerland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support, managing incidents, and actively participating in international projects. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

• Providing comprehensive 2nd level support and managing incidents.
• Collaborating with various departments to analyse requirements, develop solutions, and optimize processes.
• Designing and implementing customization and change management projects.
• Drafting detailed requirements specifications for software development.
• Leading and actively participating in international projects.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• An advanced degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SD/CS modules.
• Experience in the mechanical, vehicle, or plant engineering sectors is beneficial.
• Familiarity with SAP CX Hybris eCommerce and Sales Cloud is advantageous.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset and customer-focused approach.
• Enthusiasm for intercultural collaboration and a willingness to travel occasionally.
