SAP Sales & Distribution Consultant (German-speaking) - Canton Solothurn, Switzerland

Proclinical is currently supporting a Swiss Manufacturing client seeking to hire SAP SD Consultant in Solothurn, Switzerland.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration in the implementation of the IT strategy of the company and wider group
Project management and/or sub-project management of SAP and IT projects
Ensuring the operation of the SAP logistics modules SD/HR and GTS in cooperation with external Providers
Collaboration in organizational and process optimization projects
Assignment of SAP authorizations in accordance with company guidelines and the training of SAP users
1st and 2nd level support for the SD/GTS/HR SAP modules for SAP Key Users and Users
Training of employees in the SD/GTS/HR modules, including the creation of training materials Support for SAP modules
Responsibility for the SAP modules SD/HR and GTS
Implementation of new customizing requirements of the Company
Creation of rough concepts in cooperation with the wider company/group
Further development and integration of MES systems into the ERP SAP
Support of the various interfaces to and from SAP on external tools (see point 10)
Data interfaces for exchanging data between various systems and SAP
Interfaces to Siemens SPS / SAP / SQL

Key Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science
Professional experience as an SAP project manager and/or in-house Consultant in the SD, GTS and HR modules
Certified SAP consultant is an advantage
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, SharePoint usw.)
Knowledge in dashboarding/reporting systems - Power BI advantageous
Native/Advanced German language skills with Business fluent English
Ability to work in an interdisciplinary manner with the Process owners in production and administration
