SAP OTC Consultant - Zurich, Switzerland

Proclinical is a currently supporting a Medical Technology company based in Zurich, Switzerland as they recruit an SAP OTC Consultant to join their Global SAP team.

Responsibilities:

• Consult, orchestrate and implement global business processes relating to Sales and Distribution incl. Intercompany Processes End-to-end ensuring worldwide harmonized processes on SAP and other systems.
• Define and implement new or enhanced system functionalities (Change Requests) in SAP SD/OTC
• Perform 3^rdlevel support within global SAP service delivery organization.
• Document and train users and key users on system functionalities and processes.
• Consult in IT topics in Sales, Distribution and CRM
• Take over the role of IT (Sub-)Project Manager for projects in the Sales & Distribution resp. Lead-to-Cash/Order-to-Cash.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Expert Know How, experience and competence about opportunities and practical operation within sales & Distribution.
• SAP SD process and customizing knowledge, SAP Intercompany Processes and SAP CX (C4C, eCommerce)
• Expertise in world-wide DRC / e-Document processes (e-invoicing etc.)
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
