Research Scientist, LC-MS/MS - Contract - Wilmington, DE

Proclinical is seeking a Research Scientist, LC-MS/MS.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on conducting in vitro ADME assays and performing routine laboratory tasks. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in analytical development and a keen interest in immuno-oncology.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience, or an M.S. with 2+ years of industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with in vitro ADME assays, specifically intrinsic clearance.
• Preferred experience with high-throughput screening and LC/MS/MS (Sciex/Shimadzu).
• Experience with Hamilton liquid handlers is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and effective oral and written communication skills.

The Research Scientist, LC-MS/MS's responsibilities will be:

• Conduct in vitro ADME assays, including intrinsic clearance, protein binding, CYP inhibition, and CYP profiling.
• Perform routine laboratory tasks such as reagent preparation, equipment maintenance, and supply management.
• Analyze data, record findings, prepare summary documents, and report data with appropriate supervision.
• Independently manage tasks and assignments as directed by your immediate supervisor.
