Promotional Review Board Proofreader

At Proclinical, we are seeking an individual to fill the role of Promotional Review Board Proofreader, based in Plainsboro, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Proofread and checks promotional marketing materials for consistency for assigned brand(s).
• Proofread items prior to production to confirm all requested changes were implemented by agency/vendor and are error free.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure editorial integrity of all materials.

Skills And Qualifications

• BA in English, Journalism, or related.
• 3+ years of editorial experience at a pharmaceutical, advertising, or marketing agency
• Style guide and AMA familiarity.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including a command of English.
• Experience with Adobe tools and electronic review systems (Veeva Vault, PromoMats).
