Paralegal, Pharmaceuticals - Egham, Surrey - Contract

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a contract position located in Egham, Surrey.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and enhancing patient well-being. The position is initially on a contract basis for three months, with the potential to become a permanent role.

Skills & Requirements:

Experience working in a commercial setting
Previous work experience in pharmaceuticals or another product-focused environment
No advanced legal qualifications needed

The Paralegal will:

Contract management and document management
Drafting and negotiating Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs)
Handling invoicing and Purchase Orders (POs) through SAP
Creating basic amendments and termination letters
Taking minutes from meetings
Registering new company offices
Providing general legal advice and conducting legal research
Managing parallel import notifications and insurance policy administration
Developing and maintaining a data privacy framework
Implementing a contract system for the legal department
