Paralegal, Pharmaceuticals - Egham, Surrey - Contract

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a contract position located in Egham, Surrey.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and enhancing patient well-being. The position is initially on a contract basis for three months, with the potential to become a permanent role.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience working in a commercial setting
• Previous work experience in pharmaceuticals or another product-focused environment
• No advanced legal qualifications needed

The Paralegal will:

• Contract management and document management
• Drafting and negotiating Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs)
• Handling invoicing and Purchase Orders (POs) through SAP
• Creating basic amendments and termination letters
• Taking minutes from meetings
• Registering new company offices
• Providing general legal advice and conducting legal research
• Managing parallel import notifications and insurance policy administration
• Developing and maintaining a data privacy framework
• Implementing a contract system for the legal department
