Project Manager - HVAC

Proclinical is seeking a Manager Project Engineering - HVAC to oversee and manage HVAC-related projects within the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. This role involves leading projects from planning to commissioning, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC-focused projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and commissioning.
• Oversee the design and implementation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for chemical and pharmaceutical facilities.
• Provide technical leadership for HVAC systems and their controls within projects.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise construction activities and ensure proper commissioning of systems.
• Lead projects involving the renovation and construction of pharmaceutical process plants, buildings, and infrastructure.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong technical background in HVAC systems, supported by relevant training or a university degree.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with knowledge of GMP standards.
• Familiarity with ATEX regulations and environments.
• Proven ability to manage small to medium-sized investment projects.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
