Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to support the assembly, inspection, testing, packaging, and distribution of medical devices. This role plays a key part in ensuring products meet high-quality standards and regulatory requirements while contributing to operational efficiency and timely delivery. The position operates within an ISO 13485-certified Quality Management System, emphasizing accuracy, compliance, and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test incoming components to ensure they meet specifications.
- Assemble, label, package, and verify components and finished products following approved work instructions and quality standards.
- Organize and prepare dispatch notes and related records for shipments, including deliveries to subcontractors and distributors.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established procedures to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer use and fluency in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to multitask, solve problems, and manage relationships effectively.
- Completion of secondary education (HSC or equivalent).
- Previous experience in medical device, electronics, biomedical, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, GMP, or similar quality systems is a plus.
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia (visa sponsorship is not available).
