Proclinical is currently recruiting for a People Solutions HUB Specialist with a pharmaceutical company located in Exton, PA.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer queries regarding HR policy, procedure or the use of HR tools.
Support via multiple channels (phone, web chat or portal), getting it right first time.
Exceptional customer service, expectation setting, and completing promises so that the employee does not have to come back again to repeat their request.
Competent in the technical knowledge of HR and processes.
Customer service for any HR inquiry

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, ENTRY LEVEL HUMAN RESOURCES GRADUATES
2+ years' experience in a customer service role or equivalent
1+ years' experience in Human Resources or equivalent, preferred
Strong technology skills (Workday, ServiceNow, ADP, preferred). Ability to quickly learn and work in cloud-based solutions.
Demonstrated working knowledge with Microsoft Office products is required (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
