Our client is a global Medical Device manufacturing company is seeking for a talented and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join their dynamic team in Penang, Malaysia. You will play a key role in our continued growth and success by attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent across all functions within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Source and attract qualified candidates using various online and offline methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and attending industry events.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment initiatives to attract and hire diverse talent.
Analyse recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Stay up to date on current recruitment trends and best practices.
Contribute to the development and implementation of company's overall talent acquisition strategy.

Qualifications

Demonstrable experience in talent acquisition role in house, Life Science recruitment experience is preferred.
Experience in working in global corporation, matrix organisation.
Proven track record of success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.
Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Time management and organisational skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
