Talent Acquisition Partner

Our client is a global Medical Device manufacturing company is seeking for a talented and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to join their dynamic team in Penang, Malaysia. You will play a key role in our continued growth and success by attracting, identifying, and hiring top talent across all functions within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract qualified candidates using various online and offline methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and attending industry events.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment initiatives to attract and hire diverse talent.
• Analyse recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
• Stay up to date on current recruitment trends and best practices.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of company's overall talent acquisition strategy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in talent acquisition role in house, Life Science recruitment experience is preferred.
• Experience in working in global corporation, matrix organisation.
• Proven track record of success in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Time management and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
