Market Access - Business Manager

Proclinical is seeking a Market Access - Business Manager for an international pharmaceutical company to be based in the Netherlands on a permanent basis. Lead the company into an exciting new phase of growth. We are looking for a Business Manager who will think creatively to prepare for several product launches including our rare disease products in bone metabolism and oncology therapeutic areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Broad role covering commercial aspects for our Netherlands and Belgian business
• Hands on Pre-launch activities, operational sales and marketing activities
• Accountability for local pricing reimbursement of existing and future brands
• Full accountability of product launches including pre and post launch activities and ongoing support of our existing portfolio
• Interaction with stakeholders, key opinion leaders and decision makers
• Good degree of autonomy, while working collaboratively with other functions and international affiliates
• Work closely with local MSL colleague and other international colleagues

Skills and Requirements:

• Proven record of success within a commercial leadership role with financial objectives
• Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing experience
• Extensive local experience in Market Access, including reimbursement
• Experience with rare or orphan products
• Ability to take on any task required, operational to strategic
• People management experience
• Able to work autonomously
• Able to develop excellent working relationships and work collaboratively
• Solution focused, pragmatic individual
• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish and English essential
