Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and innovative individual for the role of Manufacturing Engineer. The successful candidate will work within a cross-functional team to establish manufacturing lines for medical devices, prioritizing safety, quality service, and cost. The role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, scientific problem-solving methodologies, and statistical techniques. The individual will also be responsible for designing manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to establish manufacturing lines for medical devices.
- Understand and comply with quality management system documents.
- Use scientific problem-solving methodologies and statistical techniques in decision making.
- Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining, and material handling.
- Adapt machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.
- Inspect performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency.
- Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control.
- Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Engineering degree.
- Experience in medical device process development and manufacturing.
- Knowledge of products with electrical functionality is an advantage.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and use of statistics.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and leveraging basic project management skills.
- Ability to work full time on site.
