Manufacturing Associate - Contract - Social Circle, GA

Proclinical is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Associate to join a team in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role focuses on preparing media and buffer solutions, operating production equipment, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. This company are looking for someone who is eager to contribute to continuous improvement and support team members in a dynamic setting.

Skills & Requirements:

High school diploma or GED, or higher education.
Ability to assist with housekeeping and manufacturing processes.
Physical capability to carry up to 25 lbs., lift up to 50 lbs., and push/pull up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts and climb ladders and stairs.
Comfortable working in controlled environments with special gowning requirements.
Willingness to work multiple shifts, including weekends and overtime.
Ability to work in cold, wet, and confined areas.
May require immunization for work in manufacturing areas.

The Manufacturing Associate's responsibilities will be:

Put together filtration systems and manage Clean-in-Place and Steam-in-Place systems
Use general equipment, including conductivity meters, autoclaves, and portable mixers.
Monitor and record critical process parameters.
Complete all paperwork in compliance with GDP/GMP guidelines.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.
Conduct sampling using aseptic techniques.
Participate in Continuous Improvement Teams.
Receive and distribute supplies in production areas.
Train and mentor team members.
Assist in troubleshooting process issues and responding to alarms.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
