Lead Cell Therapy Manufacturing Specialist - Contract - Philadelphia, PA

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated professional to join the team as a GMP Cell Therapy Manufacturing Specialist.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role will focus on leading and executing cell therapy manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Your expertise in aseptic techniques and process troubleshooting will be crucial for maintaining high standards in our operations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proficiency in GMP manufacturing operations and aseptic techniques.
• Ability to lead cleanroom activities and build strong relationships.
• Expertise in aseptic processing in cleanroom environments.
• Strong mentoring skills and ability to provide best practices guidance.

The Lead Cell Therapy Manufacturing Specialist's responsibilities will be:

• Develop a deep understanding of GMP cell therapy manufacturing processes and lead their execution.
• Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques within the team.
• Oversee aseptic operations in Biological Safety Cabinets, including liquid transfers and material handling.
• Complete and review batch records, manage inventory, and ensure room readiness.
• Ensure compliance with Safety SOPs, cGMP, and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist in maintaining production schedules and priorities.
• Report key performance indicators and participate in daily meetings.
• Address equipment issues and escalate concerns to management.
• Communicate effectively with support teams and management.
