Proclinical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to help drive the coordination and delivery of cross‑functional projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
In this role, you will ensure effective cross-functional coordination, operational efficiency, and progress tracking. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Skills & Requirements:
- Educational background in life sciences, computational biology, business, or a related field (BS or MS preferred).
- Hands-on scientific experience and familiarity with biotechnology, computational biology, AI-ML, or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to present technical information clearly and effectively.
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities to address project challenges.
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Growth-oriented and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborative and enjoys being part of a high-impact team.
The Senior Project Manager's responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate the execution of 4-6 assigned projects, translating objectives into clear timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Collaborate with scientific, computational, and business teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential obstacles, and work with teams to resolve issues.
- Communicate project updates, status, and results to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Support budget tracking and resource planning for assigned projects.
- Utilize project management tools to streamline task management and collaboration.
- Contribute to developing and implementing workflows to improve operational efficiency within projects.
