Proclinical are recruiting for a Lead Buyer - MRO / Packaging to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

You will develop and execute savings plans for the procurement groups while cooperating with shareholders.
Accountable for growing indirect purchasing and guaranteeing an effective procurement procedure which involves a catalogue ordering system.
Execute the purchasing method as well as develop and execute the company's product group and delivery methods.
Assume product group accountability for systems and machines, upkeep, repair and operations as well as services and any other product groups.
Recognise and solve supplier performance concerns to guarantee internal customer satisfaction.
Uphold a high level of expertise as a "market expert (m/f/d)" as well as comprehension of international benchmarks and digital novelties.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level which is technically or economically focused, or equivalent commercial training.
Demonstrable pertinent experience within procurement, negotiations and contract conclusion at a pharmaceutical organisation would be beneficial.
Familiarity from any other organisations which involves production will be taken into consideration.
Computer literacy.
Comprehension of cost drivers, market trends and best practices within the most important groups.
Fluency in both German and English with knowledge in Spanish would be beneficial.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Quality consciousness and is keen on bringing about change.
Works well in a team both cross-functionally and globally.
