Proclinical are recruiting a Laboratory IT Support for a global biotech organization. This role is on a contract basis and located in Zug, Switzerland.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage algorithm transfer process for several Lifecycle Teams
Interface with other departments, such as System Integration and Software Development, in order to implement result calling algorithm
Align with other Molecular Diagnostics locations on their algorithm parameter optimization activities
Coordination of Stakeholder meetings - Algo Board Meeting
Coordination of the Colibri PowerUser team Rotkreuz
Perform user acceptance testing and communicate new releases of Colibri
Training coordination for Colibri tool training
First point of contact for user feedback and troubleshooting
Ensure the delivery of timely and good quality documentation
Proactively identify process issues impacting efficiency and find solutions
Improve how processes are lived in Development, actively participate and drive process
Improvement initiatives
Information gathering from respective stakeholders including consolidation of information
Independent execution of work packages within area of responsibility
Organize and manage their own time within scope of assigned work packages
Applying agile working processes

Skills and Requirements:

Degree in a life science discipline, technical schooling or equivalent ****
3+ years knowledge in PCR-methodology or technical background combined with problem solving skills and a "will-do" attitude ****
Ability to work independently, handling cross-departmental tasks ***
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and German *****
Strong analytical and interdisciplinary thinking ***
Colibri software experience
