Japan Digital Marketing Specialist

Proclinical is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement through digital platforms. This position focuses on CRM management, e-shop operations, and social media strategies while supporting key account initiatives and driving digital innovation. The role offers a hybrid work environment, requiring office presence twice a week in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update customer data within CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Configure and execute email campaigns, including targeting and journey design.
• Analyze campaign KPIs (open rate, click rate, response rate) and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align digital communication strategies.
• Plan and implement campaigns based on the annual marketing strategy.
• Update website content and manage page structure using TYPO3 CMS.
• Perform minor edits using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Propose website improvements based on SEO and analytics insights (Google Analytics).
• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote products.
• Create engaging digital content, including videos, photos, and infographics, showcasing clinical cases and product usage.
• Direct or execute content production using tools like Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Utilize e-shop platforms (Shopify) to acquire and nurture new customers.
• Design registration forms, login functions, and email collection mechanisms for membership platforms.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Background in digital marketing for B2B models.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Suite.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency and conversational English skills for international collaboration.
