ICT Security Engineer

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated ICT Security Engineer to focus on managing and optimizing security infrastructure, particularly in Defender and vulnerability management. The successful candidate will handle security incidents with external partners, ensuring they are addressed by the appropriate teams. Additionally, this position will optimize existing "playbooks" and develop new ones as needed. Support in areas such as security audits, network and firewall management, threat hunting, and Sentinel is also part of the role.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Defender infrastructure and vulnerability management systems.
• Handle security incidents involving external partners, directing them to the right teams.
• Optimize and create security "playbooks."
• Support security audits, network and firewall management, threat hunting, and Sentinel operations.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong understanding of security and cloud systems.
• Ability to think critically and manage complex topics.
• Independent work style with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with agile working methods (e.g., SAFe).
• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Proficiency in German or French, and English.
