At Proclinical, we are seeking a creative, motivated individual to fill the role of High-Throughput Protein Biologist, based in Cambridge, MA. The successful candidate will independently design and conduct high-throughput protein interaction assays or protein binding assays. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with other scientists and teams to rapidly advance the scientific program.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and successful implementation of various high-throughput assays, such as kinetic-based, protein-protein interactions, and protein-compound binding assays.
Oversee, mentor, and train research associates.
Generate and contribute to IP writing.
Manage relationships with external contract research organizations, providing technical expertise and direction.
Maintain scientific and technical expertise through familiarity with scientific literature, attending conferences, and developing relationships with thought leaders.

Skills And Qualifications

PhD in Biology or related with 3+ years of research experience.
Experience in assaying 1,000+ protein interactions in parallel.
Experience in various high-throughput protein-protein interaction or protein binding assays.
Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
