High-Throughput Protein Biologist

At Proclinical, we are seeking a creative, motivated individual to fill the role of High-Throughput Protein Biologist, based in Cambridge, MA. The successful candidate will independently design and conduct high-throughput protein interaction assays or protein binding assays. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with other scientists and teams to rapidly advance the scientific program.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and successful implementation of various high-throughput assays, such as kinetic-based, protein-protein interactions, and protein-compound binding assays.
• Oversee, mentor, and train research associates.
• Generate and contribute to IP writing.
• Manage relationships with external contract research organizations, providing technical expertise and direction.
• Maintain scientific and technical expertise through familiarity with scientific literature, attending conferences, and developing relationships with thought leaders.

Skills And Qualifications

• PhD in Biology or related with 3+ years of research experience.
• Experience in assaying 1,000+ protein interactions in parallel.
• Experience in various high-throughput protein-protein interaction or protein binding assays.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
