Head of Projects & Architecture

Proclinical is seeking dedicated individual for the role of Head of Projects & Architecture to lead and develop a team, ensuring excellent performance and an inspiring environment. The role focuses on the implementation of transformation projects, efficient stakeholder collaboration, and creating optimal conditions for project success. The successful candidate will support department management in strategic development, manage supplier relationships, optimize IT systems, and introduce innovative technologies to support business challenges. Resource and budget planning and reporting are also key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the team to ensure excellent performance and an inspiring environment
• Ensure high-level implementation strength in transformation projects
• Collaborate efficiently with stakeholders
• Create optimal conditions for successful project implementation
• Support department management in strategic development of the operating model
• Develop strategic supplier management and maintain partner networks
• Consolidate and optimize the system landscape with a suitable IT target architecture
• Promote and introduce innovative technologies in the IT environment
• Plan and report on resources and budget

Key Skills and Requirements:

• University degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience in the energy industry is an advantage
• Team player with a passion for developing solutions and a drive for further development
• Management experience with strong communication skills
• Extensive experience in IT projects/programs
• Professional experience in designing, documenting, and developing ICT architectures in larger companies, ideally for critical infrastructure operators
• Hands-on experience with hybrid architectures and security by design approaches
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (French is an advantage)
