Proclinical are recruiting for a Head for Process Automation/IT to join a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Frankfurt with hybrid working available.

Responsibilities:

Guide projects mainly focused on planning, selecting, procuring, and commissioning process control, SCADA and automation systems in the necessary time, cost and quality parameters.
Train group leaders in the division.
Arrange and interface management concerning the technical planning of projects, which includes all pertinent technical shareholders.
You will lead and discipline group leaders.
Responsible for resource planning, prioritisation and arrangement of investment planning when deploying staff in projects and plant operations.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in an engineering field, such as automation engineering or equivalent qualification.
Demonstrable experience in a similar role with previous involvement in a leadership position.
Knowledge of the GMP setting.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Fluency in both German and English.
