This is an amazing opportunity to play a fundamental part in developing a unique organisation. The biotechnology company based in Zug are seeking a Head of Customer & Market Insights. This organisation is dedicated to developing medicine and is looking for a brilliant individual to join them.

Job Responsibilities

Proactively provide actionable insights to key stakeholders for both short term resource allocation decision and long-term strategy development
Ensure that key business decisions are based on data/fact-based analysis
Drive innovation in analytics and business execution to become more lean, aligned and have impact on the business performance and investment strategy
Responsible for Customer and Market Insights (forecasting/analytics, performance reporting, Market Research and Competitive Intelligence).
Expected that the function is continuous developed, talents identified and developed, in close partnership within the CMI Global Leadership team

Skills and Requirements

Must have a BA degree related
Market insights background, minimum 3 years experience
Professional experiences in a pharmaceutical company
Strong customer service orientated communication
Problem/solving skill
Planning and organizational skills
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and understand what the customers/clients need
