Head of Competitive & Strategic Insights (m/f/d)

Proclinical is seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to be the Head of Competitive & Strategic Insights. This role involves deriving actionable insights from diverse perspectives, providing leadership to a high-performance team, and driving strategic planning and execution. The successful candidate will also be responsible for bringing innovative methodologies into the organisation and developing insights across key therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities:

• Generate holistic insights from diverse perspectives, including patients, healthcare professionals, payors, competitors, and the competitive intelligence landscape.
• Provide strong leadership and direction to the Global Competitive & Strategic Insights team.
• Drive and execute the CI plan to support research and clinical insights across the asset portfolio.
• Develop CI and generate insights across key areas in Neurology and other key therapeutic areas.
• Create strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders.
• Advise senior management on CI topics and implications.
• Apply scientific proficiency to inform and align with clinical and discovery scientists.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in business or life sciences; Advanced degree is preferred.
• Strong background in Pharma/Biotech with experience in CI or market research.
• Superior analytical skills with an understanding of a broad range of CI & market research methodologies.
• Proficiency with global and regional CI vendors.
• Executive presence with strong oral, facilitating and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
