GUI Software Engineer - Permanent - Boston

A medical device company based in Boston are looking to expand their software engineering division.
Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
Primary Responsibilities:
They are searching for an Engineer who is experienced and will be responsible for overseeing user interface development.
Skills & Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering (or related field).
- 3+ years' software development experience in regulated or complex industries.
- Proficiency in C# and GUI frameworks (Windows Forms/WPF)
- Professional experience within medical imaging or devices (DICOM/OpenGL a plus).
The GUI Software Engineer's responsibilities will be:
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements through release and support.
- Build advanced applications in C#/.NET (WPF, Unity), including innovative features such as AR/VR and computer vision.
- Design and maintain user-friendly, high-performance interfaces for complex medical products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve system performance.
- Document designs, test procedures, and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
Compensation:
- $130,000 to $150,000
