Global Marketing Manager

At Proclinical, we are seeking an individual to fill the role of Global Marketing Manager, based in New Jersey. The successful individual will be responsible for the strategic and financial performance of their respective product families through comprehensive and timely Marketing and Product strategy development and execution.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and execution of marketing and product strategies.
• Define and execute product strategy, multi-generational product roadmaps, development priorities, and release planning that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Develop and execute worldwide marketing plans.
• Develops a global sales and marketing plan (SMAP) that defines market development, marketing activities, promotional strategies, and related sales objectives.
• Develops thorough competitive intelligence and market analysis in support of competitive strategies; proposes and executes competitive strategies.
• Support the Global Product Development System process as a core team member and accept accountability for completion of respective marketing deliverables.
• Effectively partner and collaborate with all relevant functions to ensure development and execution of comprehensive marketing and product strategy.

Skills And Qualifications

• BS/BA in related field (MA desirable) and 4+ years of relevant experience. Sales experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid business acumen and knowledge of clinical and/or laboratory market environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
