A newly created position has opened for a Global Commercial Excellence Manager in Singapore at a biotechnology company. This is an important role because the talented individual will be supporting and developing the global commercial group.

Job Responsibilities

Perform P&L reporting and other commercial business reporting in alignment with finance
Support Global head and regional heads with annual budget preparation, portfolio building exercise, and other ad hoc assignments
Develop long-term strategy for key commercial markets and strong Commercial Excellence Systems, Processes & Analytics, acting as partner between country and global teams
Support portfolio expansion in metabolism and oncology areas, conduct comprehensive commercial assessment for disease areas
Steer the development and implementation of best in class customer strategies that meet business needs in the country, and which are aligned with global strategies
Make recommendations on variances and methods to increase efficiency, and lower costs
Research and gather business and financial information regarding business results and perform analysis if needed to support management decisions
Drive data analytics in the company, providing insights for business decision making

Skills and Requirements

University degree and minimum 5-7 years of commercial experience in pharma industry
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Extensive experience in data analysis, evaluation, reporting and financial assessment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet research
Ability to use creative and innovative approach for problem solving
Excellence oral and written communication skills
