FSE (German Speaker) * 5

Proclinical are recruiting for 5 FSEs (German Speaker) to join a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a spare parts warehouse.
• Provide customer assistance and technical instruction throughout installations.
• Responsible for installation and deinstallation, as well as maintenance planning and execution of electrophoresis and immunological systems rendering to both internal and external regulations and safety guidelines.
• Generate service reports rendering to internal regulations.
• Manage solution-focused error diagnosis working alongside application specialists for customer issues.
• You will carry out service repairs to customers with the goal of resolving issues within 24-48 hours.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Possess a state-certification as a medical technician or electrical engineering training.
• Computer literacy.
• Deliberation abilities with fluency in German.
• Knowledge in the English language.
• Familiarity working within an IVD organisation would be beneficial.
