Proclinical are recruiting for 5 FSEs (German Speaker) to join a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Germany.

Responsibilities:

Handle a spare parts warehouse.
Provide customer assistance and technical instruction throughout installations.
Responsible for installation and deinstallation, as well as maintenance planning and execution of electrophoresis and immunological systems rendering to both internal and external regulations and safety guidelines.
Generate service reports rendering to internal regulations.
Manage solution-focused error diagnosis working alongside application specialists for customer issues.
You will carry out service repairs to customers with the goal of resolving issues within 24-48 hours.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Possess a state-certification as a medical technician or electrical engineering training.
Computer literacy.
Deliberation abilities with fluency in German.
Knowledge in the English language.
Familiarity working within an IVD organisation would be beneficial.
