Distribution Centre Operative

Proclinical is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Distribution Centre Operatives. This position is fully office-based in West Sussex and involves working within a healthcare supply chain environment. The role requires a patient-focused mindset and the ability to work with urgency.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate stock movement, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in attendance.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a team and work independently when needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong physical fitness to handle manual tasks.
• Basic IT skills for operational tasks.
• Reliable transportation to the warehouse site due to limited public transport options.
