Proclinical is seeking a Director Product Delivery to join our partnering client's company for a permanent role.
About the Role
As Director of Product Delivery you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and scaling product delivery practices across a cross-functional innovation-driven R&D setting. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about operational excellence, team enablement and driving impactful healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead endto-end delivery of complex, cross-functional product initiatives
- Optimize delivery frameworks, processes, and team structures to enable scalable, highquality outcomes
- Drive Agile, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies across teams and portfolios
- Coach and develop Product Owners and Delivery Managers to build empowered, highperforming delivery teams
- Collaborate across engineering, quality, and regulatory domains to align execution with compliance and business goals
- Instill a culture of continuous improvement, transparency and delivery accountability
Your Profile:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in product delivery or program management within a regulated industry (e.g., MedTech, Pharma, Healthcare, or Aerospace)
- Deep knowledge of Agile/SAFe/hybrid methodologies, portfolio and dependency management
- Strong understanding of compliance standards such as ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, IEC 62304, ISO 14971
- Proven success in leading organizational change, scaling delivery teams, and influencing crossfunctional stakeholders
- Strong coaching, mentoring and strategic execution skills
- Passion for enabling teams and driving improvements that positively impact lives
