A biopharmaceutical company that is committed to the discovery of life-changing treatments is in search of Director to lead their Market Access results in Germany. This organisation is delivering on its goal to transform the t care of disorders.

Job Responsibilities

Being a member of the EU Market Access Leadership Team, actively contribute to successful market access results for current and future portfolio
Monitor market access and health policy environment, early identify new trends, disseminate strategic, operational and financial implications
Identify key success factors for each relevant audience and prepare solid messages and reasoning that overcome national and regional Health Authority access barriers
Development of outreach and engagement plan for key payers and their influencers on a national and regional levels
Input local needs into EU pricing strategy for current and future portfolio
Develop innovative pricing and access solutions to enable patient access to GBT products, while account for EU pricing strategy boundaries
Ensure all activities and plans are executed in alignment with GBT high ethics and compliance standards as well as with local laws and regulations

Skills and Requirements

Masters or advanced degree in Health Economics, Market Access, or HTA Interaction
+10 years' relevant experience in Market Access roles with a strong background in pre-launch/launch experience
Demonstrated ability to implement an access strategy for commercialized and pre-launch products with the aim of enabling patients' access to the medication at sustainable prices
Has hands-on experience in leading a product successfully through the AMNOG negotiation process
Demonstrated ability to operate in a matrix environment, experience in a start-up biotech company is a plus
Experience in leveraging patient advocacy and public affairs strategies to achieve desired outcome is a plus
Fluency in English and German are required, other European language(s) are a plus
